Specialist Door Solutions (SDS) is proud to announce a brand refresh, positioning the company firmly as 'The Healthcare Door Specialist’. This move marks a renewed commitment to the healthcare sector and reflects the company’s strategic focus on delivering a wide range of door systems tailored specifically for healthcare environments.

The new tagline encapsulates SDS’s mission to support the evolving needs of hospitals and healthcare settings through expert design, specification, and delivery of specialist doorsets.

Russell James, Strategic Partnership Director for SDS, said:

This focus on healthcare goes beyond visual identity. Last year, SDS launched The Hub, a dedicated innovation and events space in London intended to foster collaboration and stimulate dialogue across the healthcare design and construction community. The success of the space has been demonstrated through a series of meetings and events, such as the inaugural NHS Fire Safety Forum in February, which brought together key stakeholders to tackle vital safety challenges facing healthcare estates teams.

SDS is also a key partner in the New Hospital Programme (NHP), actively consulting on the specification of doorsets for future hospitals, bringing its expertise to bear in creating safer, more efficient healthcare environments. Similarly, the company is part of Future Healthspaces, a program connecting manufacturers and contractors in the healthcare construction market. This collaborative approach is ensuring SDS remains a trusted partner in the development of next-generation health infrastructure across the UK.
