Their proactive approach and willingness to provide clear technical guidance ensured the installation process ran smoothly, even though this was our first collaboration.

  • Ironmongery, including stainless steel kickplates for added durability. In addition to product specification, SDS exceeded client expectations on manufacture and delivery timelines, completing production a week earlier than required and having goods on standby, ready to go before installation.

Strong communication between SDS, the Trust, and the contractor ensured the correct colour selections were maintained across the project.

As this was the first project with this contractor, SDS provided clear guidance on processes and maintained responsive support throughout. Additional architraves were manufactured quickly to align with newly installed screens, ensuring continuity with the new doors.

During installation, SDS responded immediately to site queries, particularly around fitting lead astragals, offering both verbal and written instructions. This clear technical support gave the contractor confidence and peace of mind when working with SDS’s doorsets for the first time.
