We are delighted to have been selected to supply over 300 fire door sets to the RUH Bath Dyson Cancer Centre, a multi-million pound project supported by charitable donations from the James Dyson Foundation.
RUH Bath Dyson Cancer Centre
For over a decade, the James Dyson Foundation has supported advancing medical care at the RUH Bath, contributing millions to the hospital in the form of donations, design work and research. This has helped develop pioneering neonatal, and soon-to-be cancer treatment facilities which will provide a cancer services hub for half a million people in the Southwest.
Once complete, the Dyson Cancer Centre will bring together the majority of the RUH’s cancer services, including research, under one roof, providing oncology, chemotherapy and radiotherapy services and a 22-bed inpatient ward.
The new Centre will also include a specially designed Macmillan Wellbeing Hub.
The design team for the hospital includes Kier Construction and IBI Architects, who we work closely with.
We look forward to this project progressing and can’t wait to see the doors installed!
